It was inspired by his Brooklyn roots, where great Italian food is available almost everywhere, and his wife's passion for Portuguese. "We love these two cuisines and wanted to bring them to our hometown of Morristown." Add his desire to make all his guests feel at home and serve them a broad range of dishes and you have OLIVE LUCY's KITCHEN TABLE. Pasta - Meats - Paella ...this is more than a description of the foods prepared at OLIVE LUCY's. It describes what Alan has acheived in bringing together these two cuisines. "It's a play on words, but the essence is Little Italy meets Ironbound"
